How do I initiate a complaint procedure?

In case of defect or malfunction of the product, you can contact BD COSMETICS d.o.o., Stara cesta 105, Logatec, 1370 Logatec. Procedures related to resolving complaints can also be checked via the e-mail address of the complaints department (info@bd-cosmetics.com). To initiate the procedure, it is necessary to submit an invoice, describe the problem and deliver a defective product. Our team will fill in the complaint form for you and send the product to an authorized service centre. The regular servicing process can take up to 45 days by law, but we try to keep this time much shorter.

How does the return of the product work?

Return or replacement of the product is possible via the online form. When submitting the invoice, you can return or replace only the products in their original and undamaged packaging, and the products must be without visible signs of use and in their original condition.
